POST Nº9: Changes that could be made to my study programme
I’m ending my second year studying Food Engineer and I don`t kwon in a completely way the programme of my career just because the subjects that are really related with my area start since the fourth semester. But I can talk about some subjects that I have had until now. When I get into the university I was really excited with one subject of the first semester called “introduction to food engineering I” I think here I will be helped to understand the meaning of being a food engineer and kwon what kind of stuff I will be related in the future but the teacher method was so boring and actually isn’t a good excuse said it was for the method because he didn’t tough nothing, NOTHING . I feel I was wasting my time. At least I expected to have us read interesting paper and comment on the contingency but no he only make to my classmate and my to choose one product and then do a presentation, I investigate about the flan.
