POST N°5: My future job

Hey everybody! Today I’m gonna talk about my future job but actually I don’t know very well yet how will be a job of a food engineer. owever I will talk about the little things I can imagine of it.

The work area of my career is divided on 3 parts: industrial, commercial and experimental area. The industrial ones are where a food engineer take care about the food processes and machinery (surveillance) also take care about the administration of the human group in the plant. The commercial I don’t remember very well but is related with the sale of the finished product. And finally the experimental ones, here a food engineer could improve, creates and discovers functional foods and optimize food production processes among other things (investigation).

So as you could see the most difficult area are the experimental one because for all the risk this one take, I mean be successful in here isn’t easy but isn’t impossible.  Although I’m very interested in the experimental area I like the outdoors job too so I want to try to get into the commercial area for do travels selling the product I make indoors. It’s a bit idealistic what I imagine but I really want to try to be in all of these areas and then choose one or mix them, like trying to found balance.

I don’t care so much about the salary because I think if I’m doing something that I love the money take second place.
